New Account Rules (11 June 2006) - No Sigs or URLs

We've implemented some new settings which will affect everyone who registers at the Makenai Forums and those who have already registered but have a post count below 10 posts.


You can not add a signature or website to your profile until you have more than 10 posts

This is because we've had far too many spambots registering at the forums for adult and drug sites, amongst others. We've implemented these restrictions in a bid to stop fake accounts being signed up and promoting adult content which has nothing to do with Makenai or Angel League, not only to protect our members (particularly those underage) but also so that the member number reflects an accurate figure of how many genuine members these boards have.

Therefore if you are new and registered your account after 11 June 2006, or if you've already registered but have a total post count of less than 10, we're sorry but you will not be able to add your own signature or homepage site to your account. Once your post count hits 10 these extra features should automatically be opened up on your account
